Terms of Use

3.1 StreetSync Pro Subscription

StreetSync offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("StreetSync Pro") with the following terms:

• Subscription Options: Monthly Subscription (1 month/30 days, automatically renews monthly) or Annual Subscription (12 months/365 days, automatically renews annually)
• Price: As displayed in the App at the time of purchase (prices may vary by region)
• Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time
• Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

3.2 Features Included in StreetSync Pro

Pro subscription includes the following benefits:

• Unlimited Device Connections: Connect and manage multiple cameras simultaneously
• Unlimited Photo & Video Downloads: Download unlimited photos and videos from your camera without daily limits (Free users: 10 photos/videos per day)
• Video Playback: Stream and play MP4 videos directly from your camera
• New Photo Detection: Automatically detect newly captured photos since your last sync
• Downloaded Markers: Visual indicators showing which photos have been downloaded to your device
• Cache Acceleration: Unlimited cache storage for thumbnails and faster loading times

Free users are limited to: • 1 camera connection • 10 photo/video downloads per 24-hour period (resets daily at UTC 00:00) • Cache storage subject to automatic cleanup • Basic photo browsing with EXIF information

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• All sales are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• Downgrading from Annual to Monthly subscription will take effect at the end of your current annual billing period

4.1 Camera Compatibility

StreetSync is designed to work with WiFi-enabled digital cameras that support:

• Standard WiFi protocols (192.168.0.1)
• MJPEG live view streaming
• HTTP photo transfer

Compatible camera models include but are not limited to: GR III, GR IIIx, and other cameras using similar WiFi specifications. You are responsible for ensuring your camera is compatible with the App. We do not guarantee compatibility with all camera models or future firmware updates.

4.2 User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only with cameras you own or have permission to access
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App
• Not use the App to infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

4.3 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to photos and videos accessed or downloaded through the App. You are solely responsible for the content you download and how you use it.

5.1 App Ownership

StreetSync and all its components (including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos) are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Trademarks

StreetSync is our trademark. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos mentioned in the App are the property of their respective owners. The use of third-party trademarks does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

7.1 No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Defects will be corrected
• The App will be compatible with all cameras or devices
• Data transferred through the App will be secure or not lost

We do not guarantee that:

7.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7.3 Third-Party Hardware

We are not responsible for any damage to your camera, mobile device, or other hardware resulting from the use of the App.

8.1 Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics)

The App uses Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics) to understand user behavior and improve the app experience. The analytics data collected includes:

• App usage events: Device connections, photo downloads, remote shooting actions, language changes, cache clearing, subscription events
• Screen views: Automatically tracked screen navigation
• Subscription events: Purchase attempts, purchase completions, trial starts, cancellations, restoration, and downgrades

Important: • All analytics data is anonymous and cannot be linked to your personal identity • No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected • Analytics data is managed by Google under their Privacy Policy • You cannot opt-out of analytics within the app, but the data collected is minimal and anonymous For more information about how Google handles analytics data, please visit Google's Privacy Policy.

9.1 App Updates

We may release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add features. You are responsible for updating the App to the latest version.

9.2 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9.3 Changes to Subscription Pricing

We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will apply to new subscribers immediately and to existing subscribers at the next renewal period after notice is provided.

10.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device and canceling any active subscriptions.

10.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the App or its services

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without restriction.
